Description

This role is part of the Personal and Business Banking team at CIBC, focusing on building strong client relationships within a banking center. The Financial Services Representative will engage with clients to understand their financial and personal goals, offer tailored advice and solutions including cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection, and educate them on mobile banking technologies. The position requires a client-first approach, goal orientation, attention to detail, strong critical thinking, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities and advise on financial solutions.,Utilize knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection.,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to deepen client relationships.,Grow professional network and collaborate with team members.,Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and other technologies.,Flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.,Flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results.,Prior banking experience in a similar capacity (asset).
