Description

As a Financial Services Representative II at CIBC, you will join the Personal and Business Banking team in a banking centre. Your role involves building strong client relationships, understanding their financial goals, and providing tailored advice and solutions across cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection. You will engage in marketing activities, leverage technology to assist clients with mobile banking, and contribute to a positive client experience.

What We're Looking For

Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities, advise on solutions, and provide financial plans.,Use knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection.,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to build client and community relationships.,Grow network and deepen existing relationships, collaborating with team members.,Introduce clients to mobile banking applications.,Flexible to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.,Flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results.,Prior banking experience in a similar capacity (asset).,Goal-oriented, detail-oriented, critical thinking skills.,Passionate about people and building relationships through trust, respect, and authenticity.,Eagerness to learn and grow knowledge.
