Description

This role within the Personal and Business Banking team involves working in a fast-paced Banking Centre. The Financial Services Representative II will build and foster client relationships, understand their financial and personal goals, provide tailored service, and recommend appropriate products and solutions to help clients achieve financial success. The position requires flexibility to work various banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and potentially at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What We're Looking For

Candidates will be expected to meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise on solutions, and provide forward-looking financial plans, leveraging knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection. The role also involves engaging in marketing and outreach activities to build and deepen client relationships, grow professional networks, and collaborate with teams to connect clients with suitable opportunities. Additionally, the representative will act as a technology expert, introducing clients to mobile banking applications to help manage their banking needs.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada). A minimum of 1 year experience working with clients and achieving sales results. Prior banking experience in a similar capacity is considered an asset.

37.5 hours/week, flexible banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends
