Description

As a Financial Services Representative II at CIBC, you will be part of the Personal and Business Banking team, working in a fast-paced Banking Centre. Your main role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their financial and personal goals, offer tailored services, and recommend suitable products and solutions to help them achieve financial success. You will also be responsible for engaging in marketing activities, leveraging technology to assist clients with mobile banking, and working collaboratively within a team.

What We're Looking For

Foster key relationships with clients, understand their financial and personal goals, and provide tailored service.,Recommend appropriate products and solutions for clients' financial success.,Be flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.,Meet with clients to understand priorities, advise on solutions, and provide financial plans using knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection.,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to value clients and communities, grow network, and deepen relationships.,Introduce clients to mobile banking applications.,Put clients first and find the right solutions.,Be goal-oriented and motivated to achieve goals.,Possess critical thinking skills and attention to detail.,Be passionate about people and building trust through respect and authenticity.,Have a desire for continuous learning and knowledge growth.,Be legally eligible to work at the specified location(s) and have a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results.,Prior banking experience in a similar capacity is an asset.
