Description

As a Financial Services Representative, you will work within the Personal and Business Banking team in a fast-paced Banking Centre. Your role involves building strong client relationships, understanding their financial goals, offering tailored advice and services, and recommending suitable products and solutions to support their financial success. This position requires flexibility to work various banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

What We're Looking For

Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities, advise on solutions, and provide forward-looking financial plans.,Utilize knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients achieve their goals.,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to build and deepen client relationships and community connections.,Work collaboratively within a team to ensure clients are connected with appropriate resources and opportunities.,Become proficient in technology and introduce clients to mobile banking applications to help manage their banking needs.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.,Prior banking experience in a similar capacity (asset).
