As a Financial Services Associate in the Personal and Business Banking Team, specifically the Imperial Service Team, you will support Financial Advisors in assisting high-value clients with their financial planning and business needs. This role involves providing administrative and client support, aiming to grow business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to clients' financial success.

What We're Looking For

Partner with Financial Advisors to help clients secure their futures and set up businesses.,Provide administrative and client support to seek business growth opportunities.,Create strong working relationships and make a difference in clients' financial success.,Leverage knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to answer client questions.,Actively listen, ask questions, and take accountability for client issues, escalating when necessary.,Prepare client files, book appointments, and maintain schedules.,Improve team productivity and proactively uncover business opportunities.,Be flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.,Be flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
