The Financial Services Associate within the Personal and Business Banking Team at CIBC partners with Financial Advisors to support high-value clients and their businesses. This role focuses on providing administrative and client support to the Imperial Service Team, aiming to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include establishing strong client relationships and contributing to clients' financial success. The position requires flexibility to work varying banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and at different banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. The work model is full-time on-site.

What We're Looking For

Partner with Financial Advisors to assist high-value clients in securing their futures and setting up their businesses.,Provide administrative and client support to the Imperial Service Team to foster business growth opportunities.,Leverage knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to answer client questions and provide information.,Collaborate with Financial Advisors to help clients achieve their financial goals.,Actively listen, ask questions, and take accountability for resolving client issues, escalating when necessary.,Organize client files, schedule appointments, and manage schedules effectively.,Contribute to team success by improving productivity and proactively identifying business opportunities.,Be flexible to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.,Be flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
