Financial Services Associate, Business Banking - Bilingual

Description

As a Financial Services Associate in Business Banking at CIBC, you will collaborate with Financial Advisors to support high-value clients and their businesses. Your role involves providing administrative and client support to foster business growth, building strong relationships, and contributing to clients' financial success. You will be expected to work flexible banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and be open to working at various banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What We're Looking For

Leverage knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to assist clients with financial goals.

Partner with Financial Advisors to help clients achieve financial objectives.

Listen actively, ask questions, and empathize with clients to resolve issues, taking ownership and knowing when to collaborate for solutions.

Prepare client files, book appointments, and manage schedules efficiently.

Contribute to team success by improving productivity and identifying business opportunities.

Be client-focused, engaging with purpose to find appropriate solutions.
