Description

As a Financial Services Associate within the Personal and Business Banking Team, specifically the Imperial Service Team at CIBC, you will collaborate with Financial Advisors to support high-value clients and businesses. Your role involves providing administrative and client support, identifying business growth opportunities, and building strong client relationships to contribute to their financial success. This position requires flexibility to work various banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and at multiple locations within a reasonable travel distance.

What We're Looking For

Leverage knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to assist clients.,Partner with Financial Advisors to help clients achieve financial goals.,Actively listen, ask questions, and take accountability for client issues, escalating when necessary.,Prepare client files, book appointments, and manage schedules.,Improve team productivity and identify business opportunities.,Flexible to work banking centre hours (evenings and weekends).,Flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.,Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s) with a valid work/study permit if applicable.
