Description

This role is for a Financial Services Associate within the Personal and Business Banking Team, specifically in the Imperial Service Team at CIBC. The associate will support Financial Advisors in assisting high-value clients with their financial planning and business needs. Key aspects include administrative support, client engagement, problem-solving, and organizational tasks, with a focus on building strong client relationships and identifying business growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Partner with Financial Advisors to help high-value clients secure their futures and set up their businesses.,Provide administrative and client support to seek business growth opportunities.,Create strong working relationships while making a difference in clients' financial success.,Flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.,Flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.,Leverage knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to answer client questions and provide information.,Listen, ask questions, and take accountability for client issues, knowing when to collaborate for solutions.,Prepare client files, book appointments, and maintain schedules.,Improve team productivity and proactively uncover business opportunities.
