This role is with CIBC's Personal and Business Banking team, operating in a fast-paced Banking Centre. The Financial Services Representative will focus on building strong client relationships, understanding their financial goals, providing tailored service, and recommending suitable products and solutions to support their financial success.
Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities and provide forward-looking financial plans.,Advise clients on solutions using knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection.,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to build and deepen client relationships.,Work collaboratively to connect clients with appropriate resources and opportunities.,Leverage technology by introducing clients to mobile banking applications to manage their banking needs.
Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.,Prior banking experience in a similar capacity is considered an asset.
37.5 hours/week
Flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.,Flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
