Description

As a Financial Services Representative in the Personal and Business Banking team at CIBC, you will engage with clients to understand their financial and personal goals, provide tailored service, and recommend suitable products and solutions to help them achieve financial success. You will also be responsible for building relationships, leveraging technology to assist clients with mobile banking, and engaging in outreach activities.

What We're Looking For

Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities and advise on solutions.,Provide forward-looking financial plans using knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection.,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to build client relationships.,Grow network and deepen existing relationships.,Work as part of a team to connect clients with appropriate resources.,Introduce clients to mobile banking applications.,Be flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.,Be flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results.,Prior banking experience in a similar capacity (asset).
