This role involves partnering with Financial Advisors within the Personal and Business Banking Team, specifically the Imperial Service Team, to support high-value clients and their businesses. The associate will provide administrative and client support, identify business growth opportunities, and contribute to clients' financial success. The role requires flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and potentially at multiple banking centres.
Leverage knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to answer client questions and provide information.
Partner with Financial Advisors to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Actively listen, ask questions, and empathize with clients to resolve issues.
Take accountability for client issues and know when to collaborate for solutions.
Prepare client files, book appointments, and maintain schedules.
Improve team productivity and proactively uncover business opportunities.
Knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection.
37.5 hours/week; flexible to work banking centre hours including evenings and weekends.
Willingness to work banking centre hours (evenings and weekends). Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and have a valid work/study permit if applicable. May be required to complete attribute-based assessments and other skills tests (e.g., simulation, coding, French proficiency).
