As a Financial Services Associate within the Business Banking Team at CIBC, you will collaborate with Relationship Managers to support high-value business clients in securing their financial future and establishing their businesses. Your role involves providing administrative and client support, identifying business growth opportunities, and building strong relationships to contribute to clients' financial success.
Partner with Relationship Managers to assist high-value clients.
Provide administrative and client support for business growth.
Create strong working relationships.
Leverage knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to answer client questions and provide information.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to help clients achieve financial goals.
Address client issues and take accountability for solutions, knowing when to escalate.
Prepare client files, book appointments, and maintain schedules.
Improve team productivity and proactively identify business opportunities.
Be flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
Be flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s) with a valid work or study permit, if applicable.
37.5 hours/week; flexible, may include evenings and weekends.
