Description

This role within the Family Office Services (FOS) team at RBC involves providing technical expertise for financial planning tools such as Conquest Planning, myGPS®, and Wealth Planning Calculators. The consultant supports RBC Financial Planners, Investment Advisors, Private Bankers, and PH&N Investment Counsellors to streamline financial planning workflows, deliver data-driven solutions, and enhance client experiences. The position focuses on software development for financial planning, not general technology support.

What We're Looking For

Assist RBC sales forces with corporate-approved financial advice and planning tools for client queries, asset discovery, business retention, and referral development.,Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or updated internal and external tools.,Provide ongoing coaching to users directly or via job aids and resources.,Create and update job aids, user guides, and other resources; ensure financial advice tools, reports, questionnaires, and marketing materials are regularly updated.,Contribute to the development and updates of training programs and materials, facilitating training sessions for the sales force.,Participate in various working groups and cross-departmental projects.

Ideal Candidate

CFP, IQPF, QAFP, F. PI., CLU, RRC, or PFP designation.

Minimum Education

Undergraduate education in a related field, preferably Finance or Wealth Management.
