This role involves building client relationships, providing expert advice, driving business growth, and collaborating with a team to enhance the client experience. This position offers an entrepreneurial business model to build a client portfolio with a commission-based compensation and a guaranteed base salary for the first four years, along with competitive benefits.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree preferred,3–5 years of experience in banking services with client relationship management and investment advice (preferred),Willingness to obtain Registered Representative (RR) licensing with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), if not currently licensed,Commitment to achieving the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within the first three years in the role. CFP Eligibility requirements: University Degree OR meet one of the following: Up to 10 years of qualifying work experience, Have been a QAFP professional in good standing for a minimum of 5 years at the time of applying
