TD Wealth is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to empower mass affluent clients through comprehensive financial planning and advice. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, delivering expert financial guidance, and driving business growth to help clients achieve their financial goals and aspirations within a supportive team environment.
Partner with clients to understand their life and financial objectives, conduct in-depth financial reviews, and foster long-term relationships through ongoing support and guidance.,Leverage data-driven insights to analyze results, develop recommendations, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of financial programs, policies, and practices.,Collaborate with the team to achieve shared objectives, enhance the client experience, and demonstrate a commitment to service excellence.,Monitor service and productivity, assess efficiency, and implement continuous improvements.,Stay knowledgeable of best practices and emerging trends in the industry.,Provide mentorship and direction to team members.,Maintain a culture of risk management and control.,Support a positive and service-oriented work environment.
University Degree (preferred),3 – 5 years of experience in the financial services industry managing client relationships and providing financial advice (preferred),Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or CFA Level 1 (or higher) required before start date,Complete Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) within the first 90 days in the role,CIRO Registered Representative (RR) license within the first 90 days in the role,Complete Wealth Management Essentials (WME) within the first 30 months in the role,Achieve Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within the first 3 years in the role,Up to 10 years of qualifying work experience or have been a QAFP professional in good standing for a minimum of 5 years (preferred)
