Financial Planner - Cornwall, ON

Description

The Financial Planner will work with mass affluent clients to provide holistic financial planning and advice, helping them achieve their financial goals. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, delivering expert advice, and contributing to business growth by understanding client objectives, conducting financial reviews, and providing ongoing support. The planner will also leverage data insights, collaborate with the team, monitor productivity, stay informed on industry trends, mentor colleagues, and uphold risk management practices.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree preferred,Willingness to obtain Registered Representative (RR) licensing with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), if not currently licensed.,Commitment to achieving the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within the first three years in the role. CFP Eligibility requires a University Degree OR up to 10 years of qualifying work experience OR being a QAFP professional in good standing for a minimum of 5 years at the time of applying.
