The Financial Associate at CIBC Wood Gundy is responsible for cultivating and expanding client portfolios through dedicated relationship management, investment advice, and exceptional client service. The role involves close collaboration with Investment Advisors to manage portfolios and drive new business development, directly engaging high-net-worth clients to offer support, identify opportunities, and enhance their experience.

What We're Looking For

Current accreditation and in good standing as a Registered Representative (RR) licensing with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID).,Minimum 3-5 years of Brokerage industry experience.,Working knowledge of various quotation equipment.,Client Engagement: Focus on client experience, anticipate needs, communicate promptly, build trust, deepen client relationships, and improve the client experience.,Business Development: Proactively identify business opportunities, support Investment Advisors in business development activities, and assist in building investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.,Relationship Building: Enhance CIBC brand awareness in the community through local events and marketing activities, and grow network to generate future opportunities.
