Join Bell's dynamic Accounting Systems Team as a Finance Analyst, where you will drive financial transformation through strategic projects. This role involves enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across financial processes, requiring a forward-thinking professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborates across teams, and leverages technology to deliver innovative solutions. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Finance – Project Delivery.
What We're Looking For
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, validate assumptions, and translate them into automated financial solutions.,Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting findings to stakeholders via Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced visualization tools.,Collaborate with accounting and controller teams to ensure new projects strengthen analytical, control, and reporting frameworks.,Develop and maintain forward-looking budget/forecast models, preparing presentations for senior leadership.,Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML-powered training solutions to empower Finance end-users during system migrations and process changes.,Guide teams through transformation by fostering collaboration with technical, operational, and financial partners.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.,Proficiency in SAP (FICO, SD, MM, PS/PM, AA modules) and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).,Strong ability to interpret data, perform variance analysis, and drive actionable insights.,Proven experience managing multiple initiatives in dynamic environments.,Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and lead teams through change.,Autonomous, disciplined, and adaptable mindset - thriving in ambiguity and rapid growth.,Direct experience with financial reporting systems and accounting workflows (Preferred).,Accounting designation (CPA) or progress toward completion (Preferred).,Familiarity with AI/ML tools or data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI) (Preferred).
