What We're Looking For

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast and analyze channel partner performance focusing on expense management,

Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies between actual and projected results, presenting findings to senior management,

Prepare and present insightful financial reports and presentations to Vice Presidents and other key stakeholders,

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business primes, consolidation and controllers teams,

Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance,

Develop and implement innovative approaches to improve financial reporting and analysis efficiency,

Ensure the timely completion of month-end close processes and reporting deliverables,

Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks, providing recommendations for improvement,

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the channel partner landscape and industry best practices,

Manage and approve budget transfers within established guidelines and procedures

Ideal Candidate

A Bachelor's degree in either accounting/finance, business/commerce and/or previous financial reporting experience,

2-3 years in similar finance and/or accounting role,

Working knowledge of S4 Hana and associated accounting systems,

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools, including SAP and BPC,

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to develop complex financial models and perform data analysis,

Proven ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders,

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously,

Experience preparing and leading presentations to all levels of executive
