Description

The Financial Advisor Transition Consultant at RBC Wealth Management partners with recruiting teams and field leadership to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new financial advisors, their businesses, and clients. This role focuses on coordinating the onboarding process, assisting with hiring and client asset transitions, integrating new platforms, and enhancing the client experience.

What We're Looking For

Partner with branch, complex, and divisional management to coordinate and execute onboarding,

Assist field leadership with new recruit hiring, including requirements and book of business vetting,

Support the onboarding of new FAs, staff, and clients,

Help integrate the new AOS platform to accelerate account opening and asset transition,

Enhance client experience by incorporating US Wealth Management initiatives into onboarding,

Develop, update, and maintain internal resources (procedures, templates, checklists),

Minimum of 1-3 years' experience at a wealth management firm,

Proven dedication to and focus on client service,

Strong communication skills,

Strong ability to ask critical questions, anticipate problems/future needs, and take ownership

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree or job-related experience,

Minimum of 1-3 years' experience at a wealth management firm,

Demonstrated experience supporting financial advisors and client associates at a wealth management firm (Nice-to-have),

Demonstrated experience working with different functional groups at a wealth management firm (Nice-to-have),

Series 7 and 66 (or ability to attain) (Nice-to-have)

Minimum Education
