This role at RBC involves building and growing relationships with high-value personal and small business clients by providing proactive financial advice. The advisor collaborates with RBC partners to help clients achieve their financial goals and navigate significant life events. The position requires expertise in everyday banking, investments, and credit to address both complex personal and business needs.

What We're Looking For

Consistently demonstrate empathy, kindness, and understanding in client and colleague interactions.,Effectively communicate to identify client needs, provide client-centric advice and solutions, and resolve concerns.,Utilize personal advice capabilities and leverage RBC partners to meet all client financial needs.,Offer professional advice and education on complex credit and investments, ensuring suitable solutions.,Champion digital enablement by educating clients on self-service and encouraging digital interactions.,Use technology to connect with clients virtually and in person.,Implement strategies for new client acquisition and retention in the local community.,Collaborate with experts in financial planning, retirement planning, mortgages, and business banking.,Must have valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).,Must have completed Designated Financial Services Advisor (DFSA) designation (for Canada, excluding Quebec) or Certificate of Achievement – Personal Finance (for Quebec).,2-3 years of proven sales experience in financial services, including credit and investments.,Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.,Digital literacy across various devices.

Ideal Candidate

Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).,Completed Designated Financial Services Advisor (DFSA) designation (for Canada, excluding Quebec) or Certificate of Achievement – Personal Finance (for Quebec).
