Description

As an RBC Financial Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with high-value personal and small business clients by providing proactive, professional advice on everyday banking, investments, and credit, and collaborating with RBC partners to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will address complex personal and business needs through a robust advice experience.

What We're Looking For

Demonstrate empathy and understanding in client interactions.,Communicate effectively to uncover client needs and provide solutions.,Utilize RBC's ecosystem to meet clients' full financial needs.,Offer professional advice on complex credit and investments.,Champion digital enablement and educate clients on self-service.,Implement strategies for new client acquisition and retention.,Collaborate with financial planning, retirement, mortgage, and business banking experts.,Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).,Designated Financial Services Advisor (DFSA) designation (for Canada excluding Quebec) or Certificate of Achievement – Personal Finance (for Quebec).,2-3 years of proven sales experience in financial services, specifically with credit and investments.,Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.,Digital literacy across various devices.

Ideal Candidate

Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course),Designated Financial Services Advisor (DFSA) designation (Canada excluding Quebec),Certificate of Achievement – Personal Finance (Quebec),Active in developing a solid network in the local community (Nice-to-have)
