Financial Advisor Manager - Philadelphia, PA

Description

The Financial Advisor Manager leads a team of Financial Advisors, focusing on their hiring, onboarding, daily management, and performance. This role involves recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring FAs, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and driving sales productivity and referrals for Mass Affluent products and wealth/brokerage services. The manager is also responsible for territory management, building strong partnerships, and developing plans to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.

What We're Looking For

Direct supervision, hiring, onboarding, and managing Financial Advisors.,Directing efforts and performance of FAs in an assigned geographic region.,Ensuring FAs comply with regulatory guidelines for Mass Affluent and TDPCW offerings.,Increasing Mass Affluent product sales productivity and referral productivity.,Accountable for assigned Mass Affluent revenue and Wealth/brokerage referral goals.,Territory management, aligning Store coverage, supporting and measuring Store success.,Developing strong relationships with Wealth, TD Bank Retail, and other internal/external business partners.,Providing product training and sales ideas.,Supporting / completing complex product sales suitability and client meetings.,Serving as a sales, product, and platform expert resource for the team.,Executing high impact activities and ongoing sales/Mass Affluent product training, coaching, and sales support.,Leading implementation of marketing programs.,Assessing FA performance and providing competitive intelligence.,Teaming with business development executive for campaigns.,Participating in community and business development activities.,Accountable for team delivering financial plan proposals, sales volumes, assets, and revenue growth.,Monitoring, managing, and approving expenditures, preparing financial statements and reports.,Providing leadership to develop and retain FA staff and maintain a continuous FA pipeline.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.,7 - 10+ years related experience.,Required Licenses or Registrations (or ability to obtain within Licensing & Registration Schedule): Life/Health, Series 65, 7 and 24.,Must be eligible for employment under standards established by FINRA.,Satisfactory results on a criminal background check, credit report check, civil litigation search, and regulatory agency or self-regulatory organization enforcement action search.
