Description

As a Financial Advisor within the Imperial Service Team at CIBC, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a dedicated client portfolio. This involves managing client relationships, providing financial services support, and delivering exceptional client service. You will act as a primary contact for clients, helping them plan for both immediate and future financial goals by offering tailored advice on day-to-day banking, investments, lending, and estate planning. The role also includes business development activities to convert leads into new clients, leveraging CIBC’s financial solutions, and enhancing CIBC's brand awareness through community involvement.

Ideal Candidate

Certified professional (CIRO-MFD) with current accreditation and good standing in The Canadian Securities Course (CSC)/Canadian Investments Funds Course (CIFC)/Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFC) and must meet eligibility requirements for CIRO-MFD licensing.,For Quebec: current accreditation and good standing in AMF licensing; Successful completion of Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) or the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) to support AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) licensing, and Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC).,Asset: CSI/ICB Investment and Taxation Fundamentals Course - Quebec (0774) and CSI/ICB Legal & Ethical Aspects of Financial Planning Course (0790).
