Financial Advisor - Union/Essex

Description

This is a three-year program for Financial Advisors focusing on providing financial planning guidance and selling investment management solutions. The role involves servicing the unique and complex needs of TD Wealth clients by reviewing financial goals, making investment recommendations, and acting as a central point of contact to develop relationships and achieve greater share of wallet through asset accumulation, preservation, growth, and protection.

What We're Looking For

Experience selling investments and providing financial plans.,Commitment to customer-centric service to maximize retention and growth.,Ensuring all new clients receive a complete on-boarding experience including thorough discovery, financial needs analysis, goals-based advice, and introduction to the centralized client servicing team.,Ability to partner and promote lead generation.,Managing goals, prioritizing tasks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.,Implementing a process for annual client reviews (ACR) with an enhanced agenda focused on overall wealth needs and pro-active contacts.,Serving as the primary point of contact for TD Wealth client relationships, managing all aspects, and referring to Retail and Wealth partners as needed.,Implementing and executing a differentiated service model/experience for TD Wealth clients.,Meeting quarterly and annual sales goals.,Deepening wallet share by anticipating client needs and suggesting appropriate Wealth solutions.,Maximizing profitability while ensuring an exceptional client experience.,Identifying opportunities within portfolio and network to refer business to Retail and Small Business/Commercial Partners.,Executing in a thorough manner compliant with regulations, policies, and procedures.,Adhering to all federal, state, SRO regulations and Firm policies related to business activities.,Attaining all Continuing Education requirements.,Understanding and adhering to TD Bank & TD Wealth Policies and Procedures.,Implementing TD's Customer Identification Program (CIP) by collecting and verifying required customer identification information, and performing Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence Requirements.,Uncovering client's assets and transitioning higher threshold clients to appropriate HNW Wealth partners.,Fostering and contributing to a positive and constructive work environment with a focus on supporting the overall Wealth team.,Providing coaching, Wealth referral training & on-going feedback to Retail and Small Business staff.,Contributing individually, as a team member, and as a mentor to new FAs.,Representing TD Wealth to the general public in a professional manner.,Involvement in community and support of TDBG charity and community initiatives.,Understanding and supporting the Bank's Customer Service Strategy.,Considering the impact of decisions on the well-being of TD, its Customers and stakeholders.,Providing the highest level of Customer service to internal partners, vendors or Customers.,Modeling quality service delivery at every interaction.,Leading and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the partner / Customer experience.,Being engaged in advancing and sustaining a unique, inclusive culture.,Participating fully as a member of the team and contributing to a positive work environment.,Ensuring ongoing communication with the team on the status/progress of projects and issues.,Actively sharing information and knowledge, and proactively learning from others' expertise.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred,2+ years of providing advice, planning and investment sales,SIE, Series 7, Series 63 required,Required to have L&H and Series 66 (or equivalent) or the ability to obtain all within the Licensing and Registration Schedule,Eligible for employment under standards established by FINRA,Satisfactory results on a criminal background check, credit report check, civil litigation search, and regulatory agency or self-regulatory organization enforcement action search
