As a Financial Advisor in the Personal and Business Banking Team at CIBC, you will manage and expand a dedicated client portfolio by providing financial advice, support, and exceptional service. You will act as a primary contact for clients, helping them with financial planning for immediate and future needs, including investments, lending, and estate planning. This role involves developing new client relationships, understanding the local market, and participating in community activities to enhance CIBC's brand awareness. You will be flexible to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and be able to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. The work arrangement is full-time on-site.

1 – 3 years experience in providing financial advice to clients and establishing relationships while achieving performance targets.,Certified professional (CIRO-MFD) with current accreditation and good standing in The Canadian Securities Course (CSC)/Canadian Investments Funds Course (CIFC)/Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFC) and must meet eligibility requirements for CIRO-MFD licensing.,For Quebec: Certified professional with current accreditation and good standing in AMF licensing; Successful completion of Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) or the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) to support AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) licensing, and Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC).,Asset if completed CSI/ICB Investment and Taxation Fundamentals Course - Quebec (0774) and CSI/ICB Legal & Ethical Aspects of Financial Planning Course (0790).
