Description

This is a three-year program designed for financial advisors or planners who will offer financial planning guidance and sell investment management solutions. The role involves addressing the unique and complex needs of TD Wealth clients by reviewing their financial goals, providing investment recommendations, and acting as a central point of contact. Responsibilities include delivering client service, developing relationships to increase 'share of wallet', and helping clients achieve goals related to asset accumulation, preservation, growth, and protection.

What We're Looking For

Experience in selling investments and providing financial plans.,Demonstrated commitment to customer-centricity and delivering exceptional service.,Ability to onboard new clients, including thorough discovery, financial needs analysis, and documentation.,Capability to partner and promote lead generation.,Proficiency in managing goals, prioritizing tasks, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Ensuring all clients receive a comprehensive planning experience.,Implementing and executing an Annual Client Review (ACR) process.,Serving as the primary contact for TD Wealth client relationships and making referrals to Retail and Wealth partners.,Meeting quarterly and annual sales goals.,Deepening wallet share by anticipating client needs and recommending appropriate Wealth solutions.,Maximizing profitability while ensuring an exceptional client experience.,Identifying referral opportunities for Retail and Small Business/Commercial Partners.,Executing duties in compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.,Adhering to federal, state, SRO regulations, and Firm policies.,Attaining all Continuing Education requirements.,Understanding and adhering to TD Bank & TD Wealth Policies and Procedures.,Implementing TD’s Customer Identification Program (CIP).,Uncovering client assets and transitioning higher threshold clients to HNW Wealth partners.,Fostering a positive and constructive work environment and supporting the Wealth team.,Providing coaching, Wealth referral training, and ongoing feedback to Retail and Small Business staff.,Contributing individually, as a team member, and as a mentor to new Financial Advisors.,Representing TD Wealth professionally to the public and supporting TDBG charity and community initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.,2+ years of experience in providing advice, planning, and investment sales.,SIE, Series 7, Series 63 required.,Required to have L&H and Series 66 (or equivalent) or the ability to obtain all within the Licensing and Registration Schedule.,Must be eligible for employment under standards established by FINRA.,Satisfactory results on a criminal background check, credit report check, civil litigation search, and regulatory agency or self-regulatory organization enforcement action search.,Statements/certification from job applicant regarding administrative, civil, and/or criminal findings by any government agency/authority or self-regulatory organization.
