This role is part of a three-year specialized program designed for advisors to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management solutions. The advisor serves as the primary point of contact for TD Wealth clients, focusing on building long-term relationships to help them achieve goals related to asset growth, preservation, and protection through personalized advice.
Manage and grow a book of business through proactive client service and relationship development,Identify customer needs and provide appropriate investment and insurance product recommendations,Execute thorough client discovery and onboarding processes,Partner with retail and small business banking teams to generate leads and referrals,Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales and productivity goals,Conduct annual client reviews to ensure financial plans remain aligned with client needs,Provide coaching and wealth referral training to branch staff
FINRA Series 7 required,FINRA Series 63 required,Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) required,Life and Health Insurance Licenses (L&H) required,Series 66 (or equivalent) required or must be obtained within a specific timeframe
