Description
The Financial Advisor will join the Personal and Business Banking Team at CIBC. The role involves building and managing a client portfolio, providing comprehensive financial services, and delivering exceptional client service through the Imperial Service approach. This includes offering tailored advice on day-to-day banking, investments, lending, and estate planning, while also focusing on client engagement and business development within the local market.
What We're Looking For
Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management, financial services support, and exceptional client service.,Deliver on CIBC's Imperial Service approach, acting as a single point of contact for clients.,Help clients plan for current needs and future goals, including securing futures, owning homes, and setting up businesses.,Focus on each client experience and connect on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful.,Provide tailored advice and solutions in all areas of financial planning (day-to-day banking, investments, lending, estate planning).,Cultivate networks to establish new client relationships.,Understand the local market and potential client base to create sales plans.,Convert leads into new clients.
Ideal Candidate
Certified professional (CIRO-ID),Current accreditation and good standing for CIRO-ID licensing requirements,Canadian Securities Course (CSC) written within the past 3 years (required upon hire),Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH),Wealth Management Essentials Course (WME),Personal Financial Planner (PFP) within 24 months of hire
