Description

As a Financial Advisor within the Personal and Business Banking Team at CIBC, you will manage and expand a client portfolio by focusing on relationship management, financial services support, and providing exceptional client service. You will act as a primary contact for clients, helping them achieve financial goals such as securing futures, home ownership, and business establishment, while adhering to CIBC's Imperial Service approach.

What We're Looking For

Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and financial services support.,Deliver exceptional client service and act as a single point of contact for clients.,Provide tailored advice and solutions across financial planning areas, including banking, investments, lending, and estate planning.,Cultivate networks to establish new client relationships.,Understand the local market and client base to develop sales plans that convert leads.,Utilize strong relationship building and networking skills to generate opportunities and results.,Leverage CIBC's credit and investment solutions to offer needs-based approaches.,Enhance CIBC brand awareness through community involvement, attending local events, and participating in marketing.,Ability to work banking centre hours, including potential evenings and weekends.,Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.,Demonstrate 1-3 years of experience in providing financial advice and achieving performance targets.,Certified professional (CIRO-MFD) with current accreditation and good standing in The Canadian Securities Course (CSC)/Canadian Investments Funds Course (CIFC)/Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFC) and meeting CIRO-MFD licensing eligibility.
