Description

This is a three-year program for Financial Advisors focusing on providing financial planning guidance and investment management solutions. The role involves leveraging experience to serve the complex needs of TD Wealth clients, acting as a central point of contact for service and relationship development, and helping clients achieve their financial goals related to asset accumulation, preservation, growth, and protection.

What We're Looking For

Experience selling investments and providing financial plans.,Commitment to being customer-centric and delivering legendary service.,Ensure all new clients receive a complete on-boarding experience, including discovery and financial needs analysis.,Ability to partner and promote lead generation.,Manage goals, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Implement a process for annual client reviews and proactive client contacts.,Serve as the primary point of contact for TD Wealth client relationships, referring to partners as needed.,Implement and execute a differentiated service model for TD Wealth clients.,Meet quarterly and annual sales goals.,Deepen wallet share by anticipating client needs and suggesting appropriate Wealth solutions.,Maximize profitability while ensuring an exceptional client experience.,Identify opportunities within your portfolio and network for business referrals.,Execute in a thorough manner compliant with regulations, policies, and procedures.,Adhere to all federal, state, SRO regulations and Firm policies.,Attain all Continuing Education requirements.,Responsible for understanding and adhering to TD Bank & TD Wealth Policies and Procedures.,Responsible for implementing TD’s Customer Identification Program (CIP) by collecting and verifying required customer identification information.,Uncover client's assets and transition higher threshold clients to appropriate HNW Wealth partners.,Foster and contribute to a positive and constructive work environment, supporting the overall Wealth team.,Provide coaching, Wealth referral training & on-going feedback to Retail and Small Business staff.,Contribute individually, as a team member, and as a mentor to new FAs.,Represent TD Wealth to the general public in a professional manner.,Be involved in the community and support TDBG charity and community initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.,2+ years of providing advice, planning and investment sales.,SIE, Series 7, Series 63 required.,L&H and Series 66 (or equivalent) or the ability to obtain all within the Licensing and Registration Schedule.,Must be eligible for employment under standards established by FINRA.,Satisfactory results on a criminal background check, credit report check, civil litigation search, and regulatory agency or self-regulatory organization enforcement action search.,Statements/certification from job applicant regarding administrative, civil, and/or criminal findings by any government agency/authority or self-regulatory organization.

Special Commitments

Must be willing to travel within assigned market to meet prospects, clients and partners five days a week. Requires security clearance (implied by FINRA regulations and background checks). Must be eligible for employment under standards established by FINRA.
