Finance Payments Coordinator
Description
Nuvei, a Canadian fintech company, is seeking a Payments Coordinator to join their growing Finance team. This role involves supporting financial business operations, including revenue analysis, balance reconciliation, preparing and checking payments, monitoring payment queues, and resolving discrepancies. The coordinator will also interact directly with banks and merchants.
What We're Looking For
Support the team in financial business operations.,Perform revenue analyses.,Conduct balance reconciliation.,Prepare and check payments to merchants/suppliers.,Monitor payment queues and resolve failed, rejected, or delayed payments.,Perform data reconciliation.,Investigate and resolve discrepancies.,Maintain direct contact with Banks/Merchants.
Ideal Candidate
B.A degree in Economics or Business Management,Relevant experience in data analysis and/or billing preparation (an advantage),Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications,Highly organized and able to work under a deadline,Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
