Finance Manager (US) - Wealth Finance

The Finance Manager provides strategic financial advice, analysis, and support to key business areas, proactively managing relationships with senior stakeholders to offer business insights and decision support. The role involves comprehensive reviews, specialized analysis, and initiatives with a yearly scope, requiring innovative thinking to develop new solutions and influence stakeholders across the organization.

What We're Looking For

Provide strategic Finance advice, analysis, and support for key business areas/portfolios.,Proactively manage senior relationships to provide seasoned business insights, decision support, and guidance.,Conduct financial analysis/research, reviews, and/or audits to support functional goals/objectives.,Act as interface with Finance partners/leaders and external parties.,Serve as a source of advice to senior management in field of specialty.,Lead complex projects and initiatives requiring seasoned business partner specialist knowledge or integration of cross functional processes.,Work closely with business partners to gain deep understanding of the business and relevant objectives to contribute to strategic direction.,Formulate relevant and meaningful data analysis through comprehensive data visualization tools, profiling, segmentation, and advanced modeling/analytics.,Lead on the interpretation of complex business issues, generate multifaceted insights, and identify opportunities to drive business growth.,Effectively communicate relevant/meaningful recommendations on finance management issues to all levels within the organization.,Act as a subject matter expert for LOB Finance area and provide guidance/advice to internal/external partners.,Identify and develop key business performance measures or metrics.,Maximize shareholder value by developing key strategies/tactics and conducting business/financial analysis.,Develop and/or assess significant business cases/new initiatives applying expertise.,Proactively partner and support the business to develop business, financial, operational, or organizational strategy.,Ensure alignment between business segment and enterprise goals/thresholds.,Provide strategic insights and propose solutions for superior risk adjusted profitability.,Create “story-telling” presentations on business performance (competitive analysis, etc.).,Act as a catalyst in driving forward initiatives critical to delivering strategy.,Develops and implements growth strategies and financial plans/forecasts.,Lead the development/implementation of new financial models, operating service standards, methodologies, frameworks.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, acting as custodians of cost.,Ensure respective programs/policies/practices are well managed and comply with requirements.,Participate in cross-functional/enterprise initiatives as a subject matter expert.,Conduct internal and external research projects; support development/delivery of presentations/communications.,Conduct meaningful analysis at the functional or enterprise level to draw conclusions and make recommendations.,Monitor service, productivity, and assess efficiency levels, implementing continuous process/performance improvements.,Identify/recommend/support the implementation of actions/remediation plans to address performance/risk/governance issues.,Manage relationships within and across various business lines, corporate and/or control functions.,Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements.,Maintain a culture of risk based management and control.,Participate fully as a member of the team, supporting a positive work environment.,Provide thought leadership and/or industry knowledge for own area of expertise and participate in knowledge transfer.,Keep current on emerging trends/developments and grow knowledge of the business.,Contribute to team development of skills and capabilities through mentorship.,Lead, motivate and develop relationships with internal and external business partners/stakeholders.,Contribute to a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree,7+ years of relevant experience,Accounting or financial designation preferred
