Lightspeed is seeking a Field Sales Account Executive in Lyon, France, to establish and expand their field sales presence. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and conducting in-person demonstrations to negotiating and closing deals, with a focus on converting prospects into customers for Lightspeed's Hospitality team.
Convert prospects into successful customers using sales methods like door-to-door, cold calling, and in-person presentations.,Manage the entire sales cycle: identify leads, meet clients, create value propositions, structure financial deals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.,Regularly visit customers to understand their business challenges.,Successfully conduct in-person demonstrations of the retail product.,Analyze, report on, and act upon pipeline metrics.,Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.,Generate new business through networking events.,Relevant sales experience in a Field and outbound environment, preferably in solution-sales or technology.,Strong understanding of sales development best practices.,Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.,Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal, and written communication.,Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.,Quantitative approach to decision-making.,Ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic, and quota-driven environment.,An entrepreneurial and agile mindset, with a bias toward action and adaptability to business needs.
