Lightspeed is seeking a Field Account Executive to join their team in Luxembourg, focusing on building a new market for their restaurant technology platform. This role involves a consultative sales approach to prospect, build relationships, and onboard new restaurateurs, developing customized solutions to help their businesses thrive while promoting the Lightspeed brand locally.
Generate lists of prospective restaurants in Luxembourg and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outbound calls and walk-ins to close (self-sourcing experience is a strong plus).,Conduct in-person and remote product demos and design solutions that best meet each prospect's needs.,Build trusted relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and decision-makers.,Partner with internal teams to ensure expectations set during the sales process are met during onboarding and delivery.,Leverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting.,Understand the local competitive landscape and position Lightspeed as a leading restaurant and POS solution in Luxembourg.
Experience in B2B sales, field sales, restaurant operations, or a related industry.,A strong field-sales mindset — you enjoy being out meeting customers daily.,Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills, with the ability to sell and negotiate at multiple decision-making levels.,A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growing environment.,Self-motivated, proactive, creative, and flexible.,General technical proficiency with software and sales tools.,Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
Field-based role, requiring daily customer meetings; Willingness to work from almost anywhere in the world for up to 60 days per year.
