Lightspeed is seeking a Field Account Executive to join their team, focusing on transforming restaurant operations. This role involves prospecting, building relationships, and signing new restaurateurs in the local area using a consultative sales approach to develop customized solutions. The successful candidate will leverage their sales expertise to build the Lightspeed brand.
Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outbound call/walk-in to close (experience with self-sourcing clients is a huge plus),
Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect's needs,
Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery,
Leverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage all sales activities,
Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Lightspeed in the market
Self-motivated, creative, and flexible,
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and team environment,
Strong communication, organisational and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making level,
General technical proficiency with software,
Excellent communication and written skills in German,
1+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing customers, restaurant operations, or a relatable field and industry is a plus
Note that this role is based in Düsseldorf, Germany. Since this is a field position, you will be out and about on a daily basis in your territory.
