Lightspeed is building a restaurant platform to help restaurateurs adapt and thrive. As a Field Account Executive, you will use a consultative approach to prospect, build relationships, and onboard new restaurant clients in the Berlin area. Your role involves understanding their specific needs to develop customized solutions and contributing to the growth of the Lightspeed brand in Berlin.
Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outbound contact to close (experience with self-sourcing clients is a significant advantage).,Conduct demos and create solutions that best meet the prospect’s requirements.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure expectations set during the sales process are met during service delivery.,Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to manage all sales activities and forecast sales.,Analyze the competitive market to strategically position Lightspeed.
Self-motivated, creative, and flexible with a strong drive to succeed.,Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented environment.,Strong organizational and presentation skills with proficiency in sales and negotiation across all decision-making levels.,Willingness to be consistently in the field within your designated territory.,1+ years of experience in sourcing and closing customers, restaurant operations, or a related industry is beneficial.,Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
