Join Saputo's Farm Milk Quality Team to help ensure the responsible sourcing of milk and elevate quality standards within the Australian dairy sector. This role involves partnering with dairy farmers to provide expert guidance on mastitis management and milk quality, strengthening farm performance, and implementing the Saputo Animal Welfare Policy. The specialist will also represent Saputo within the broader industry and advocate for best practices.
What We're Looking For
Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, Saputo Field Services, logistics partners, and manufacturing facilities.,Lead and coach continuous improvement in milk quality performance through targeted initiatives.,Investigate milk quality incidents and verify corrective actions.,Ensure farms comply with regulatory standards in milk quality and food safety.,Champion animal welfare and support sustainable agriculture practices.,Provide insightful analysis and reporting to drive decision-making.
Ideal Candidate
Veterinary Science degree (preferably), Animal Science qualification, or background in agriculture or sustainability.,OR Experience installing dairies and working closely with farmers.,Experience in quality assurance within agriculture, preferably dairy.
