Description

As an Automotive Claims Adjuster, you will play a key role in supporting insured clients throughout their claims process, contributing to a human, rigorous, and pleasant claims settlement experience. This role involves managing incoming calls for new and existing claims, processing claim files, making outgoing calls to gather information, and collaborating with a team of adjusters.

What We're Looking For

Respond to incoming calls related to new claims and existing file follow-ups (approx. 50% of daily work in a call center environment).,Analyze, process, and follow up on automotive claim files, including managing received documents, evaluating information, and taking necessary actions.,Make outgoing calls to insured clients and involved parties to obtain, validate, or clarify information.,Collaborate closely within a processing team (approx. 15 adjusters) responsible for a common pool of files, contributing to assigned tasks during dedicated periods.,Actively participate in taking calls for all teams during scheduled periods to ensure efficient and consistent service.,Recognized for empathy, benevolence, patience, and excellent customer service, combined with a positive attitude and open-mindedness.,Distinguished by the ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating collaboration, respect, and professionalism.,Demonstrates a strong ability to manage stress and priorities, maintaining a good work structure in a high-volume environment.,Recognized for analytical skills and judgment, allowing for good understanding of situations, evaluation of information, and appropriate decision-making.

Ideal Candidate

Relevant education: High School Diploma (DES) with a minimum of 3 years of work experience, a completed College Diploma (DEC), or a university degree.,Possession of a claims adjuster license issued by the AMF is considered an asset.

Work Hours

7-hour workday; Day shift (arrival between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM); One evening shift per week; One Saturday shift every four weeks; Opportunities for paid overtime beyond 35 hours.

Special Commitments
