Answer incoming calls related to new claims and existing file follow-ups (approximately 50% of daily work time) in a call center environment.,Analyze, process, and follow up on automobile claim files, including managing received documents, evaluating information, and taking necessary actions.,Make outgoing calls to insured clients and involved parties to obtain, validate, or clarify information required for file processing.,Collaborate closely within a processing team of approximately 15 adjusters responsible for a common pool of files, contributing to assigned tasks during dedicated periods.,Actively participate in taking calls for all teams during scheduled periods to ensure efficient and consistent service to all clients.

Relevant education: High School Diploma (DES) with a minimum of 3 years of work experience, a completed College Diploma (DEC), or a university degree.,Possession of a claims adjuster permit issued by the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) is considered an asset.
