CAA-Québec is seeking an IT Solutions Architecture expert to join their team undergoing a digital transformation. This role involves playing a key part in strategic initiatives, particularly in CRM and Business Intelligence (BI). The expert will define target architectures, support multidisciplinary teams, and ensure consistent and sustainable technological transitions by leveraging their technical expertise and leadership.

What We're Looking For

Collaborate with business lines, analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective and innovative solutions.,Create and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, design documents, and deployment guides.,Act as a technical leader for development and integration teams, fostering knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices.,Work with specialized teams (BI, security, regulatory compliance, solution continuity) to ensure system integrity and reliability.,Propose innovative solutions based on market best practices to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency on new platforms.,Participate in technology watch and innovation, contributing new ideas to enrich solutions and approaches.,Analyze and resolve complex solution-related problems, evaluate market options based on specific business needs, and actively participate in solution selection decisions.,Participate in the sound management of licenses and cost optimization for recommended solutions.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.,10 years in information technology, including 5 years in solutions architecture for large-scale projects.,Experience in projects related to modernization and digital transformation.,Knowledge of methodologies, standards, and tools for solution and software architecture modeling.,Knowledge of CRM architecture, including data model, security model, and integration capabilities.,Experience in managing software requirements, development processes, solution lifecycle, and quality assurance.,Certification or training in enterprise architecture (TOGAF) (Asset).,Knowledge of CRM solutions (Asset).,Proficiency in BI tools and data management systems (Asset).,Experience in data governance and BI projects (Asset).,Familiarity with Agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) (Asset).
