This role involves providing proactive, professional advice, collaborating with RBC partners, and offering expertise across everyday banking, investments, and credit to fulfill complex personal and business financial needs.
The advisor will consistently demonstrate empathy and effective communication to understand client needs, deliver client-centric advice, and resolve concerns. They will utilize their own expertise and collaborate with RBC partners to meet clients' full financial needs, provide professional advice on complex credit and investments, and champion digital enablement by educating clients on self-service while leveraging technology for virtual and face-to-face connections. The role also involves implementing strategies for new client acquisition and retention within the local community and collaborating with financial planning, mortgage, and business banking experts.
Must-have: Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course), Quebec – Completed Certificate of Achievement – Personal Finance (Fundamentals of Personal Finance – Quebec, Investment and Taxation Fundamentals – Quebec, Insurance and Retirement – Quebec). Nice-to-have: Active in developing a solid network in the local community.
