Executive Director - Family Office Advisory Services

KPMG's Family Office team works with high net worth individuals and families across Canada, providing independent and objective advice on all aspects of wealth. This role focuses on delivering family governance and dynamics services, initiating client engagements, developing project scopes, coordinating client meetings, conducting interviews, drafting reports, and supporting strategic initiatives and business development efforts.

What We're Looking For

Initiate client engagements by developing project scope, work plans, resources, time, and cost estimates.,Develop high-impact client engagement materials, coordinate client meetings, lead one-on-one interviews, and draft reports.,Prepare detailed family meeting minutes and client progress reports.,Support research and development of bespoke assessments, playbooks, and methodologies on topics such as leadership development, family and business strategy, board advisory, and succession planning.,Act as project support for next-generation strategic initiatives and Family Office events/webinars.,Support the proposal process with the Family Office team and other KPMG Partners/subject matter experts.,Maintain client prospect lists, pipeline reports, and business development/leadership update reports.,Maintain knowledge about leading practices in the Family Office space and assist in positioning the practice as thought leaders.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's or master's degree (Management/Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Industrial Relations),Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designation from Family Enterprise Canada, or similar designation,Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills,Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills,Project management and consulting experience (within a formal consulting firm or for internal stakeholders),Ability to conduct research and synthesize data into meaningful insights,Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners,Ability to present to all levels of the Family Office team and clients (in person and remotely/virtually)
