Description

This role involves providing comprehensive day-to-day administrative support to an Executive Vice President and other senior executives within CIBC's Corporate CFO and Enterprise Efficiency team. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel and expenses, preparing confidential documents, and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes, all while ensuring adherence to administrative and operational standards for efficient business group operation.

What We're Looking For

Maintain and monitor executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, managing events, and prioritizing urgent matters.,Coordinate agendas, send meeting invitations, book meeting rooms, and arrange IT resources and refreshments.,Arrange travel plans and manage travel expense accounts, including submissions to PeopleSoft.,Monitor and track department invoices and expenses, process expense reports, and update financial reports.,Prepare standard and confidential correspondence, minutes, reports, and presentations in a timely manner.,Assist with the preparation of presentations and management reporting.,Provide administrative support for employee onboarding/offboarding, including processing requests for technology, business cards, corporate cards, and expense/travel profiles.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional, confidential, and fast-paced setting.,Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating tact, diplomacy, and discretion.,Strong digital proficiency with advanced command of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).,Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills to inform decision-making.,Client-first approach, focusing on finding appropriate solutions.,Motivated by collective success and able to work effectively in a team.,Adherence to CIBC values: trust, teamwork, and accountability.
