Description

This role involves acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership within the Prudential Standards and Oversight Office at National Bank. Responsibilities include proactive calendar management, organizing and following up on strategic and operational meetings, coordinating documents, supporting sensitive communications and regulatory requests, and managing business travel and hiring processes. The individual will also contribute to refining executive support practices within a new and expanding team operating in a dynamic, regulated, and evolving environment.

What We're Looking For

Proactively manage complex calendars for Vice Presidency and senior leaders, understanding mandates, priorities, and key issues.,Prepare, organize, and follow up on strategic and operational meetings, including document coordination and execution of actions.,Support the team in managing sensitive communications and files, including drafting internal/external communications and tracking regulatory requests.,Coordinate business travel, expense reports, and administrative support activities.,Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes in collaboration with IT and HR teams.,Contribute to shaping the role and executive support practices by proposing continuous improvements.

Ideal Candidate

High school diploma with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in administrative or executive support, or a college diploma with at least one year of relevant experience in administrative or executive support.,Demonstrated experience managing complex, fast-changing calendars in a dynamic environment.,Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).,Experience coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables, and managing files requiring rigor and structure.,Relevant experience in a regulated environment or involving the handling of sensitive information.
