Description

The Executive Assistant I provides comprehensive administrative support to executives, and potentially a broader team. This involves managing schedules, communications, expenses, and various office tasks, while ensuring adherence to operational policies and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

Provide high-level administrative support with quality service and professionalism.,Act as the primary point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners.,Manage information flow efficiently and accurately.,Maintain executives' schedules, including planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.,Manage expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.,Format information for internal and external communications such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports.,Take minutes during meetings.,Screen and direct phone calls, and distribute correspondence.,Support broader team activities, which may include managing office supply inventory and equipment.,Prioritize and manage workload to meet service level agreement (SLA) requirements.,Exercise discretion with sensitive and confidential material.,Understand and apply operating policies and procedures.,Ensure documentation is accurate, reflects business intentions, and complies with relevant rules and regulations.,Escalate non-standard or high-risk activities as necessary.,Identify and recommend opportunities for productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency improvements.,Comply with the Bank's Code of Conduct.

Ideal Candidate

Post-Secondary education,2+ years of experience,Proficiency gained through job-related training,Working level knowledge of business unit/operational functions and regulatory issues/requirements for jurisdictions
