Description

This role involves providing high-level administrative and operational support to Executives and their teams within CIBC's Capital Markets. The successful candidate will ensure efficient operations, meet control standards, and significantly contribute to the team's overall success in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

Provide executive support and calendar management, including organizing activities, managing complex calendars, prioritizing meetings, and handling all related logistics such as room bookings, technology, and catering.,Manage all travel requirements and process expense reports and invoices accurately and efficiently, while providing guidance on expense policies.,Offer trusted administrative support by handling confidential information with discretion, managing mail, couriers, organizational charts, distribution lists, vacation schedules, and general administrative files.,Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for team members, ensuring smooth transitions, technology access, office setup, and compliance with internal policies.,Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners, collaborate with other Executive Assistants, and liaise with cross-functional business units and support departments.

Ideal Candidate

At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or professional support role within a large corporate or financial institution.,Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.,Demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.,Proactive and inquisitive with a thoughtful work ethic.,Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions within scope of accountability.,Meticulous, exceptionally organized, with strong time management skills.,Handles confidential information with the utmost integrity.,Upholds values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
