Description

As a Senior Investment Advisor with National Bank of Canada, you will be part of the Remote Consulting team, focusing on developing financial planning skills and advancing your career in investments. This role involves advising clients on investment, financing, and protection, building comprehensive financial and retirement plans, and managing long-term client relationships. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to offer a superior investment experience and promote the bank's service offerings, while adhering to compliance and risk management rules.

What We're Looking For

Demonstrate the value of advice to clients using a defined model and advisory approach (investment, financing, and protection).,Build retirement plans, financial plans, and retirement withdrawal plans.,Work with a multidisciplinary team (mutual funds and securities) to provide an outstanding investment experience.,Manage long-term client relationships (acquisition, retention) and monitor accounts diligently.,Promote the service offering associated with this business model.,Direct clients to appropriate experts as needed (insurance, financing, full-service advisor, commercial banking).,Adhere to compliance and risk management rules.,Maintain appropriate communication to satisfy clients according to established standards.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in administration, finance, or related field.,3-5 years' experience in an advanced advisory role in investment, financing, and protection.,Current Mutual Funds Representative (MFR) license.,Experience in business development.,Ability to develop long-term relationships with customers.,Team player with excellent communication skills.
